Joshua Brackett is Vice President, Corporate Strategy at the CBS Corporation in New York City. He is also the Program Director of Veterans Initiatives at CBS. Josh served in the United States Army from 2004-2008, where he deployed multiple times to both Iraq and Afghanistan with the 75th Ranger Regiment. After transitioning to the private sector, Josh worked in risk management before joining the corporate world. Josh completed his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and also holds Masters degrees from Columbia University and the London School of Economics.


Gail Costantini is a Regional Director at NetApp, Inc., based in New York City. Gail joined NetApp in 2007 and has over 25 years of IT industry experience. She has been recognized for her contributions to business continuity, disaster recovery solutions and IT sales in multiple vertical businesses including media, pharmaceutical, financial, and healthcare. Gail has also taken a leadership role in NetApp culture by starting the NetApp Women in Business forum that has grown successfully across the Americas, inspiring women leaders in the IT industry. Prior to joining NetApp, Gail worked for other key industry firms including SunGard Availability Services, Comdisco, and Digital Equipment Corporation. She is a graduate of Bauder College, Miami, Florida.


Mark Edmiston is a seasoned publishing industry professional and serial entrepreneur.Mark started his career with LIFE magazine in New York and Tokyo, and subsequently joined The Saturday Review and the Intellectual Digest. He later joined Newsweek in the international editions and eventually served as CEO of Newsweek Inc. Following his publishing career, Mark began an 18-year media investment banking career, first as a founder of the Jordan Edmiston Group and later as a Managing Director of AdMedia Partners. Mark has been very active in the non-profit world, serving as a trustee and vice-chair of the Wesleyan University board, trustee and chair of The Community Service Society of New York, trustee and chair of The Children’s Aid Society of New York and chair of City Limits, an investigative news site focused on New York City. Mark is a graduate of Wesleyan University and resides in Westchester County, NY.

Belinda Pinckney, Brigadier General, U.S. Army (Ret.)
Belinda Pinckney brings an enormous body of military and financial experience to Operation Reinvent. She entered the Army in September 1976 as a Finance Specialist and while holding various finance positions, she was selected for Officer Candidate School in 1978 and commissioned as a Finance Officer in February 1979. Ms. Pinckney earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Maryland, a Master of Public Administration in Financial Management at Golden Gate University, and a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. In November 2007 the Army Chief of Staff appointed her the Director of Army Diversity Task Force. Ms. Pinckney was inducted into the Officer Candidate School Hall of Fame and has won numerous military awards including the Defense Superior Service Medal, three Legion of Merit medals, six Meritorious Service Medals, four Army Commendation Medals, two Army Achievement Medals, the Office of the Secretary of Defense Staff Badge, and the Army General Staff Identification Badge.


Gale Pollock, General, U.S. Army (Ret.)
General Gale Pollock (Ret.) was the Commander of the Army Medical Department and the 22nd Chief of the Army Nurse Corps and the first woman non-physician in any of the military branches to serve as an Acting Surgeon General. Committed to lifetime learning, Gale is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, has a Masters in Business, a Masters in Healthcare Administration and a Master of National Security and Strategy. Gale is a member of the DoD’s Defense Advisory Committee on Women in the Services (DACOWITS) and an active advocate for women veterans. She is a Fellow for the Advanced Leadership Initiative at Harvard and has established a Center for Vision Restoration at the University of Pittsburgh. When she is not pursuing her passion for helping women veterans and those with vision loss, Gale spends her time outside enjoying nature, hiking, biking, kayaking and birding with her husband, Doug, and her guide dog, Cruiser.


Leslie Reis is a Senior Manager for CVS Health and oversees a workforce strategies team leaders in twenty-nine states. As the department lead on military programs and alliances, Leslie provides enterprise-wide support in recruiting, hiring and retention of military and military-connected employees. Leslie received her B.S. in Business Management from Philadelphia University. She is a Board member of the Pennsylvania Rehabilitation Association and a member of the Pennsylvania Governor’s Business Roundtable Committee for people with disabilities and the National Association of Professional Women.

Ruth Swanson is Vice President of Marketing for Dessange Group North America and oversees the marketing for Dessange, Camille Albane, Fantastic Sams and Phytodess brands.  Ruth has a long and successful track record in the franchise industry.  She joined Fantastic Sams in 2010, where she has revamped marketing efforts and messaging and developed revitalized campaigns using both traditional and digital advertising.  Fantastic Sams digital and social media presence has grown significantly under Swanson’s tutelage, and her expertise has enriched the brand image and driven business growth and development.


Kate Watson is a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch based in Princeton, New Jersey, where her practice focuses on women and nonprofit institutions.  Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Ms. Watson was the founding partner of Chrysalis, a consulting firm established to provide cost-effective solutions to challenges in the public, private and nonprofit sectors. Prior to founding Chrysalis, Kate served as the Manager of Government Relations and Business Development for a specialty niche within a $3B engineering company; served in three departments within New Jersey State Government; and also served as Director or CEO of several nonprofit organizations. Kate is a graduate of the University of Iowa and earned her Masters in Public Policy at Rutgers University.  She is also the proud mother of an active duty U.S. Marine Corps officer.
